Founded in 2016 as The Pierce Group, we began our journey as The Tracy Pierce Insurance Group, dedicated to helping families and businesses protect what matters most. For over nine years, we’ve proudly offered quality insurance options with exceptional customer care.
Recognizing our customers’ needs beyond insurance, we expanded by launching Tracy Pierce Tax Service—focused on maximizing returns while adhering to all IRS rules and regulations. Though the insurance and tax service divisions operate as separate entities, they share the same values: professionalism, accuracy, and personalized service.

Founder
Tracy Pierce
Tracy Pierce, a Mississippi native, Columbia College graduate, Kappa Alpha Psi member, and proud U.S. Army veteran, served as a Religious Affairs Specialist and Drill Sergeant with deployments to Iraq and Syria. The Army instilled values of duty, honor, integrity, respect, accountability, and servant leadership, which he carries into civilian life. Formerly with Allstate, he founded the Tracy Pierce Insurance Group and Tracy Pierce Tax Service to offer customers a one-stop shop for their financial needs.
Tax Preparer Specialist
Paris Pierce
Paris Pierce, a proud Texan with German roots, has a lifelong dedication to rules, laws, and compliance. She earned her criminal justice degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, where legal studies strengthened her commitment to operating within regulations. In 2022, she joined the family’s Insurance and Tax agency, applying her expertise to ensure compliance, protect clients, and provide them with confidence and security in every service the agency offers.

Zita Burnett, a Kansas City native and Clark Atlanta University alumna, began her career in the medical field, driven by a deep commitment to caring for others.
